Super Mom Workout Support

Overview

The Super Mom Workout is designed for women who:
  • Have no time in their busy day to get to the gym.
  • Need to lose those last 5-10 pounds.
  • Multi-task balancing children, home, and work.
  • Cannot afford the rising cost of gym memberships in addition to gym daycare.
The Super Mom Workout is also for postpartum mothers looking to "firm up" to get their pre-pregnancy bodies back. It is for the mom who wants to work out and get fit, but puts everyone else's needs ahead of her own.

Choose workouts based on various common daily activities or by targeting specific problem areas.

About the Presenter


Brandy Yearous has been a stay-at-home mom with two children for the past 10 years. Before children, her background was in Sports Medicine and Physical Therapy. She used her toning and strengthening exercises to get back to her pre-pregnancy weight by fitting them in to her everyday life. She then used her education to help others do the same. She is currently making custom workouts for those who aren't able to make it to the gym. She also works part-time at her children's school where she has learned to balance kids, work and a home life ... Just like all you other Super Moms out there. :)
